Green Earth Environmental, LLC, provides facility assessments customized for the scale and complexity of each project, ranging from preliminary building assessments to comprehensive investigations. Supporting capabilities include: occupant surveys, visual inspections, moisture testing, thermal imaging, photographic documentation, invasive inspections of concealed building cavities, microbial sampling & analysis and environmental monitoring of general indoor air quality conditions (i.e. radon, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, temperature and relative humidity).

It is the role of our facility management department to coordinate and oversee the safe, secure, and environmentally sound operations and maintenance of clients assets, in a cost effective manner, aimed at long-term preservation of property asset values.
